Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
By using WakeQuest, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
What WakeQuest is
WakeQuest is a free, ad-supported alarm app that only stops ringing once you complete a wake-up mission. It is designed to help you build a morning habit.
No guarantee — please read
WakeQuest is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on it as your only alarm for safety-critical situations. An alarm can fail for reasons outside our control — including battery-saver settings, aggressive background limits on some phones, silent or Do-Not-Disturb modes, a powered-off or low battery device, or operating system changes. See "Alarm reliability" in the app for how to make alarms as dependable as possible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed alarms or any resulting loss.
Missions and sensors
Sensor-based missions (shake, workout, photo) are approximate and meant to get you moving — not to measure precisely.
Purchases
The "Remove ads" one-time purchase is handled by the app store. Refunds, where available, follow the store’s policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
